DOHA, Qatar (AP) - Qatar coach Bruno Metsu has been fined $2,000 for not stopping for a television interview before the group game against China, the third time the host team has been sanctioned at the Asian Cup.
Organizers imposed the fine on Wednesday.
Qatar has already been fined for not bringing a player to a pre-match news conference before the team's opening game against Uzbekistan, and again because Metsu refused to carry out an obligatory interview after the same match.
